I took an unexpected break from blogging for about two weeks, never returning with the new recipe I promised you in my last post. Just checking in to let you know I’m ok! 🙂 As I mentioned in some previous posts, Andrew and I had been getting ready to move to Boston (we did it!) and I started to get really overwhelmed with preparing for the move. On top of that I was fighting a stomach bug, directly followed by a bad cold, and then overlapped by the move itself, and now painting our new apartment (not optional—our bedroom is a hideous grape purple right now and the rest of the apartment is a very ugly dull green) before finally unpacking and getting settled.
I realized that it was just not the time for developing recipes! And it’s still not the time, so I will be taking a break from blogging for about another month while we get settled here. I’m looking forward to coming back refreshed and rejuvenated, ready to share some great new recipes with you. Until then, have a fantastic few weeks, and I will see you soon!
