I definitely realize that it’s not summer yet, but it’s been so cold and gloomy that it doesn’t even seem like spring so I’ve decided to skip straight to warm weather beverages to get myself in the spirit! (In the spirit, ha. See it’s funny because it’s an alcoholic beverage!) This bitter aperitivo is the easiest drink to make, and it will instantly transport you to a plaza where you’ll be relaxing al fresco with your international friends, all chic-ly clad in linen outfits and debating whether Saint-Tropez or Juan-les-Pin is the better vacation spot. Just 2 parts white wine and 1 part Campari, add ice and an orange wheel. Congrats, you’re a European!
