Wedding wedding wedding wedding wedding wedding watermelon. (Description of this weekend. Not having the wedding, planning the wedding.) Ok, I also got to do a photo shoot in which I photographed a person instead of food, and it was all very Brooklyn, in a warehouse and everything. There were freight elevators, dusty leather suitcases, rusty bicycles, and she wore sparkly gowns and looked fantastic and I had lots of fun—I may share a photo or two on my Instagram later this week!

Watermelon Jalapeño Cilantro Margaritas
- 2.5 oz tequila
- 1 oz. Cointreau
- 1 oz. lime juice
- 1/2 cup small cubes of chilled watermelon
- 3 sprigs cilantro
- 1 1/4-inch slice jalapeño, seeds removed (or leave some in there if you like it extra spicy)
makes 1 large drink or 2 small ones
- Muddle all of the ingredients together, strain into salt-rimmed glasses. Add a few ice cubes, give a stir, and garnish with a jalapeño sliver. Cheers!
